Customers are allowed to return products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety concerns.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify the customer about the status of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If a product is defective or damaged, we will exchange the item for the same product. Customers must contact us within a specified time frame after receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
