Who is Moment for?
Hormone imbalances can happen at any point in a woman’s life. Most people associate hormones with menopause, understandably, and it’s worthwhile to have a thumb on your hormones and overall health and wellness throughout adulthood. Conditions we treat include, menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, infertility, fibroids, PMS, menstrual irregularities, depression and anxiety, fibrocystic breasts, endometriosis, fatigue, and reduced sex drive.
Moment program’s approach to hormones and menopause helps women quickly solve their hormone imbalances so they can reduce symptoms and feel their best. We utilize functional medicine that unites botanical, nutritional, and conventional medicine.
How much does Moment cost?
- Blood test prices vary between $189-$249
- Consultations are $189/30 minutes
- Protocol prices vary
Is Moment covered by insurance?
Moment currently does not accept insurance.
What kind of treatments does Moment use?
Moment utilizes functional medicine that unites botanical, nutritional, and conventional medicine.
Moment also works with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. A large number of research studies have shown evidence that bioidentical hormones result in fewer side effects and negative outcomes when compared to synthetic hormones. The results show that bio-identical hormones are safe and effective when administered under the care and supervision of a medical practitioner for symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, irritability, and anxiety.
Bioidentical hormones are considered safe and likely protective. Bioidentical hormones have been shown to help in the following areas:
- Reducing fatigue levels
- Increased sex drive
- Hot flashes
- Skin health
- Back pain
- Hair thickening
- Reduced hot flashes
- Less dry skin
- Improved sleep
- Reduced bloating
- Better thinking and memory

Why do I need an appointment to review my lab results?
While most lab agencies report a “normal” or typical range for their results, these results are usually based on a median value for that lab test. Our provider will review your lab work keeping in mind all the conditions you are being seen for as well as monitoring levels that may be borderline elevated or low.
When would I expect my lab results to be available for review?
Most blood lab results can be completed in about 5 business days.
All labs require a follow-up consultation with your provider so that they can thoroughly review your results with you.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, for all services that have an appointment scheduled, we ask patients to contact our office by phone (you may also leave a voicemail as it is date and time stamped) 2 business days prior to your appointment. All cancellations that do NOT follow the recommended rule are subject to a cancellation fee.
“I was struggling to find help for recurring hot flashes. It wasn’t until I worked with Moment that I received the care that I was after all along. The providers were thorough and treated me like a person instead of just a problem to be solved.”
